Two Celebrations

This year's activities included a weekend trip to New York City to join in the annual Tartan Day parade there on Saturday, April 7th.

Weather and illness reduced our numbers there but not our enthusiasm as we joined with our friends from the Dutchess County Scottish Society in the parade.

On Friday, April 6, the official Tartan Day, several members and friends in the Lake George area met for lunch at a local pub. Spirits were warm inside while watching the rain and wet snow falling outdoors.

We celebrate Tartan Day each April.
